Meet the director
With over 15 years of experience in the building trade—ranging from high-rise residential towers to bespoke home renovations—I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. My background in construction management and site safety, combined with my status as a registered builder, ensures that your renovation is in capable and qualified hands.
At Progressive Bathrooms + Renovations, we offer a distinct advantage over larger competitors: personalised, one-on-one service. As the owner, I’ll be your direct point of contact from the initial consultation through to completion. I’ll guide you through material selections, offer design and layout advice tailored to your space and needs, and provide a detailed 3D design to help visualise your project.

Chantal is our ‘socials’ guru who brings creativity, fresh ideas and organisational flair. From managing socials to keeping the ideas flowing, she’s the creative queen. When she’s not creating magic at work, she’s running her side hustle as sports mum taxi service for her kids- and winding down with cuddles from her Groodle, Darbie.

Leigh leads our sales and design team with the same precision and calm he was known for on the tools. His carpentry background gives him deep technical understanding, while his eye for detail ensures every design is both functional and beautifully resolved. Madi is our reliable Project Coordinator, bringing fresh energy, creativity, and a witty spark to the team. Her eagerness to learn and strong work ethic make her a joy to work with. She’s always ready to lend a hand, take on new challenges and contribute to the team’s success. Outside of work, Madi is a proud member of a car club, where she showcases her beloved Classic Mini.

She’s quickly become a go-to support across the business, always ready to lend a hand and keep projects moving smoothly. Outside work, Tiff enjoys spending time outdoors whenever she can. With her positive attitude and willingness to jump in, she’s already proving to be a valuable addition to the team.
