Meet the director
With over 15 years of experience in the building trade—ranging from high-rise residential towers to bespoke home renovations—I bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. My background in construction management and site safety, combined with my status as a registered builder, ensures that your renovation is in capable and qualified hands.
At Progressive Bathrooms + Renovations, we offer a distinct advantage over larger competitors: personalised, one-on-one service. As the owner, I’ll be your direct point of contact from the initial consultation through to completion. I’ll guide you through material selections, offer design and layout advice tailored to your space and needs, and provide a detailed 3D design to help visualise your project.

Meet Matt, our project manager and all round handyman. He is organised, friendly and with over 20 years’ experience, he brings the magic to life! He is a devoted Melbourne Demons supporter and can still be seen watching the final 5 mins of the 2021 3rd quarter during his lunch break.
Tim | Electrician
Meet Tim or “DJ Timmy” our resident electrician. He is fast, reliable, super friendly and is a wealth of knowledge about everything electrical. As his nickname suggests, he loves listening to his 90s dance hits whilst getting the job done.
Michael | Tiler
Meet Michael or “Michelangelo” our resident tiler. He takes his masterpieces seriously, hence his nickname. Michael takes great pride in his work and will always talk to the customer about how they would like their tiles set out. He loves to fish, is extremely friendly and is a clean freak.
Josh | Plumber
Meet Josh our number 1 licensed plumber. Josh is a reliable and skilled plumber who takes a lot of pride in his work. Josh enjoys getting out of the big smoke and has his hands full with a young toddler.
Leigh | Site Supervisor
Leigh is our talented ‘A ‘class carpenter and site supervisor who likes all things camping, fishing and outdoors. He loves country music and enjoys romantic dinners with his wife. Leigh has extensive carpentry skills and is a true craftsman who has an eye for detail.
Chantal | Administration
Meet Chantal our organisational queen and our behind the scenes glue that keeps the company ticking over. From invoices, insurances, marketing and styling, Chantal ensures the smooth operations of the company.
Jay | Carpenter
Meet Jay our carpenter and all round handyman. Jay is friendly and reliable with a lot of carpentry knowledge. In his spare time he enjoys cruising in his 1950’s Buick.
Nicole | Sales & Design Consultant
Meet Nic our sales and design consultant, who loves all things bathrooms. Nic is creative, passionate and personable and in her spare time she enjoys upcycling furniture and playing with her puppies “Bowie & Ziggy”.
Jeshan | Operations Manager
Meet Jesh our operations manager who has extensive experience in commercial and residential construction. Jesh is friendly, has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about building. He enjoys hitting the gym, renovating his house and walking his cavoodle ‘Simba’.
